When your application is accepted you will be notified via email and directed to a menu of images and tools you will need to set up your affiliate links. You will also have access to reporting data detailing your affiliate sales.
It is important to note that email marketing and search engine marketing can be used only with permission from Cartridge by Mail. We have established a zero tolerance policy towards adware and spyware.
| Who can participate? How much does it cost? |
Just about anyone with a web site can participate. Sites will be rejected if they promote any of the following: sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities or discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. All sites are subject to approval by Cartridge by Mail. There is no charge to become an affiliate.

| Can I apply to be an affiliate if I don't have a web site? |
Your web site must be fully operational in order for your application to be considered.

| How much will I be paid? How often will I be paid? |
Affiliates receive a commission of 25% per mailing kit sold and are paid monthly.

| I don't live in the United States. Can I still be an affiliate? |
It is possible to become a Cartridge by Mail affiliate if your web site is managed outside of the United States, but you must first show that your web site attracts a sizable audience residing within the United States. The Cartridge by Mail service can only be used by residents of the United States. Individuals residing outside of the United States are not eligible for service.

| Where do I get links to put on my web site? Can I make my own links? |
Cartridge by Mail will provide all necessary links and images to be used on your web site. They can be accessed through your ShareASale account once you have been accepted in to our affiliate program. Cartridge by Mail does not authorize the creation and use of your own links and images to promote our service. If your web site requires special consideration we would be happy to discuss that with you.

| Can I use email newsletters to promote Cartridge by Mail? |
No. Advertising via email newsletters is not approved unless approved in writing in advance by Cartridge by Mail.

| How do I keep track of the number of referrals I have made? |
Our third-party provider, ShareASale, is responsible for tracking and reporting all activity originating from your web site to the Cartridge by Mail web site. Each Cartridge by Mail link on your site has a special tracking code that records when a customer has clicked through to our site and has made a purchase. ShareASale makes this information available in your ShareASale account.

| Who do I contact if I need assistance with my affiliate account? |
If you have questions about your affiliate account, including technical difficulties, please contact ShareASale by clicking the contact link in your ShareASale account.

| Can I bid on keywords for search engine advertising purposes? |
No. You are not allowed to bid on keywords unless you have received written permission from Cartridge by Mail in advance. Bidding on the Cartridge by Mail trademark or any misspellings of the trademark is strictly prohibited at all times. You may not use the Cartridge by Mail trademark in your URL or in copy.

| Have I seen your program advertised on other web sites? |
